Six worlds, one workshop

Every sector sets different requirements for documentation, tolerance and lead time. The machines stay the same; the way of working does not.

Questions

What customers ask most often

Is Fijn Mekaniek Nelissen EN 9100 certified?

Yes. We hold an EN 9100:2018 certificate, certificate number BE014750. The certificate covers the machining of metals and plastics for aviation, space and defence.

Do you make one-offs for the space industry?

Yes. We are equipped for the most complex prototypes as well as for large series. For one-offs and small batches we use our 5-axis and multitasking machines.

Can you guarantee full traceability?

Yes. Our processes are documented within an ISO 9001:2015 and EN 9100:2018 quality system, with traceability from material to final inspection. The necessary certificates are supplied with the delivery.

Can you scale up from prototype to series production?

Yes. We are equipped for the most complex prototypes as well as for large series, because we have bar feeders and robots as well as 5-axis and multitasking machines in-house.

Do you also make individual replacement parts?

Yes. We make single parts as well as small and large series. For a defective part, a drawing or the part itself is enough.

Do you clean workpieces before delivery?

Yes. Ultrasonic cleaning is done in-house, as are surface grinding and sandblasting.

Send us your drawing. We'll take a look.

Send us your 2D or 3D file and we will tell you what it costs, how long it takes and whether the design could be made easier to produce.
