We supply single parts as well as small and large series. For repeat orders we use bar feeders and robot loading, which allows unmanned production and lowers the cost per part.
Because turning, milling, wire EDM, surface grinding, sandblasting, ultrasonic cleaning and assembly all take place under one roof, the number of external links in the chain stays small. That saves transport time and reduces the risk of miscommunication.
Then there is the work nobody planned. A broken part without an up-to-date drawing arrives here as a piece of metal and leaves as a replacement part. Our coordinate measuring machine can measure an existing workpiece, so the dimensions match what was in the machine.

Do you also make individual replacement parts?
Yes. We make single parts as well as small and large series. For a defective part, a drawing or the part itself is enough.
Can you reproduce a part without a drawing?
Often, yes. Our coordinate measuring machine is suitable for reverse engineering: we measure the existing workpiece and work from there. For a broken part without an up-to-date drawing, that is usually the fastest route.
Do you run unmanned production?
Yes. The turning centres work with bar feeders and the 5-axis milling machines with robot loading, so repeat series keep running outside working hours. That lowers the cost per part.
What batch sizes do you produce?
From a single part to large series. We are equipped for both, with 5-axis and multitasking machines for complex work and bar feeders and robots for repeat volume.
